Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. 

We process orders Monday - Friday 9am-2pm, and aim to process and ship orders within 3 business days. Customers will be provided an update once the order has shipped.

All orders, excluding Resistol RideSafe helmets*, are shipped within Canada via Canada Post for a flat rate of $9 CDN.

All orders, excluding Amber Marshall Safety helmets*, are shipped to the United States via Canada Post for a flat rate of $15 CDN.

RMG Outfitters cannot guarantee the quality of delivery, nor is RMG Outfitters responsible for packages lost and/or stolen during delivery. If you have issues with your delivery, please contact Canada Post with your tracking information.

*Amber Marshall Safety helmets are excluded from flat rate shipping.  Shipping is calculate from the US to each destination via USPS.
