Welcome to the RMG Outfitters website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using the site, you signify your consent to abide by the Terms and Conditions stated herein in their entirety.
AVAILABILITY
RMG Outfitters cannot guarantee the availability of any products. In the event a product is unavailable but you are interested, please request a restock by doing so on the product page or by contacting merchandise@rmillargroup.com and an effort to re-stock the product from the vendor will be made, subject to availability and timelines to fulfill a restocking order and ship. In the event RMG Outfitters is not able to fulfill an order that has already been placed, you will be refunded in full.
PAYMENT
RMG Outfitters uses third party providers to accept the following payment types: Credit Card and PayPal. RMG Outfitters does not house any credit card details. Full payment is required and must be cleared before the purchased products will be shipped.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All RMG Outfitters website content including design, written content and product descriptions, logo, images, etc. should not be used elsewhere unless prior written consent of Ross Millar Group is obtained.
AGE OF CONSENT
By agreeing to these terms and policies, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
RIGHT TO REMOVE OR REFUSE
RMG Outfitters maintains the ability to remove any account/user/customer who breaches or violates any of the above terms or policies.

RMG Outfitters reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to any term or policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
