RMG Outfitters asks customers to please check all sizing carefully and recommends asking RMG Outfitters questions about sizing and fit uncertainties at merchandise@rmillargroup.com prior to making a purchase. In an effort to assist the customer in being pleased with their purchase, RMG Outfitters offers the following return policy:

RMG Outfitters will offer a full refund on items received back within 30 days, provided it has not been damaged, soiled (this includes antiperspirant/deodorant marks & pet hair), washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt.

Any merchandise returned after 30 days is subject to approval. If approved, the return will be refunded with a RMG Outfitters store credit at the current selling price, usable on future RMG Outfitters online store purchases.

To initiate a return, you MUST email merchandise@rmillargroup.com with the reason for return BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once approved item(s) is/are received, your refund/store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days. If the attempted return does NOT meet the above criteria, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost without notice.

RMG Outfitters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend parcel tracking when shipping returns to avoid any issues that could arise from items lost during transit.

If the returned item meets these return guidelines and is approved (you will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed), the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Any store credits will be provided via a gift code emailed to you for use on future purchases.

All shipping charges are non-refundable If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact RMG Outfitters at merchandise@rmillargroup.com within 3 business days for further assistance.

While we are unable to process exchanges at this time, we do accept returns.

RMG Outfitters will accept returns* for full-priced items purchased on rmgoutfitters.com to the original form of payment within 14 days of delivery date for a refund. Returns received after 14 days from delivery date will not be accepted. RMG Outfitters will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt, missing the original tags or otherwise altered. Return approval is at the discretion of our Returns team and RMG Outfitters reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

*Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return.*

*Any orders containing a special offer are NOT eligible for return but can be exchanged for a different size if applicable under Resistol's discretion.*
· You will be refunded for the value of your returned item(s) and tax. You will not be refunded original or return shipping costs.
· We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. Rmgoutfitters.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
· If you receive an item that is damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact customer service immediately via email at merchandise@rmillargroup.com
· You must ship your return using a trackable shipping method. Rmgoutfitters.com cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
